One of our favourite brands at Fat Buddha Store has to be Bookman, who are renowned for their bike lights, and who we are pleased to have received a top up delivery from. The company began life at the end of 2009 with three friends who had about half a semester left of their degree in Industrial engineering and another friend that also didn’t want to get a proper 9-5 job. They took the choice to try the entrepreneurial route and went to work. Most of them were dedicated cyclists and all shared an interest in design which gave them the direction for the brand. They thought that they are so many gadgets and accessories for bikes in the market but there was so few that we would like to put on their bikes. The company wanted to make accessories that would complement the bike instead of detract from it.
