We are thrilled to welcome back a re-stock of the Nike SB x Tampa Dunk High. For this shoe Nike SB teamed teamed up with their longtime friends at Skatepark of Tampa for a limited-edition skate shoe inspired by a local legend. Tampa natives all know the tall tales of José Gaspar, a Spanish pirate who’s said to have pillaged the Florida coastline over two-hundred years ago. In tribute, the salty crew at SPoT have set a course to update our classic SB Dunk High with swashbuckling details: a pair of crossed cutlasses on the toe box and a parrot-feather-inspired collar designed to fray with wear, so no two pairs end up the same. The drop-in sockliner—emblazoned with a cache of gold doubloons—features a built in Nike Zoom Air unit for responsive cushioning, while the sturdy nubuck upper is ready for any skirmish. The Nike SB x Tampa Dunk High are online and in store now, the last crop sold out the same day so if your after these then don't wait around.

We've mixed things up this Outfit of the Week by having our own staff member Aidan wearing this week's look; which is a smarter take on classic workwear silhouettes. Going for a more dressed style this week we started the look off with a shirt, Carhartt WIP's State Shirt. This classic chambray style shirt features minimal detailing such as Carhartt's signature box logo to the chest pocket along with subtle red stitching. Next up on this look is Carhartt's Michigan Chore jacket, we've seen variations of this jacket for several seasons and yet it still remains one of our favourite timeless pieces. This Chore jacket's popularity can be perhaps attributed to it's flattering linear cut, smart detailing and iconic Carhartt branding. Following on from video lookbook released a couple of weeks ago, HUF present the lookbook images for their Spring 2016 collection. Shot on a recent road trip through the Sierra Nevada region, HUF present their latest lookbook showcasing their Spring 2016 Apparel collection which includes durable Americana workwear-inspired pieces amongst a wide range of athletic-heritage styles. Paying homage to US military design, HUF further incorporates camouflage into the line, alongside the classic H and triple triangle motifs. Here at Fat Buddha Store we will be stocking a range of apparel sporting familiar HUF motifs such as their triple triangle and box logos on a range of tee and accessories along with classic coach jackets and shirting. Another classic from Reebok's archive has made a welcome return to Fat Buddha Store the Reebok NPC in Chalk/Midnight Blue. This model sees a classic, more sturdy, silhouette constructed from a fine off white leather across the upper with complimentary cream sole unit. Hints of blue can be found around the heel tab, tounge label and signature Reebok branding to the sides. Shop in store now and online shortly after.

This week's look is a clean and preppy look filled with reworked workwear silhouettes from Carhartt WIP . First up we have used the crisp white State Shirt from Carhartt WIP's Spring/Summer collection. This understated piece features a simple woven box logo to the chest pocket along with subtle red stitching. Over the shirt we have also layered using another piece from Carhartt WIP, their Penn Jacket . This jacket is a classic coach jacket with letterman branding typography to the chest and comes in this bold Oro yellow colourway, a colour we have seen massive buzz about in store and online this season. In keeping with the preppy look we have used a classic chino Carhartt's Master Pant . These chino however have a looser more relaxed cut when compared to your classic chinos or Carhartt's own Sid pant which adds a contemporary touch to the overall look. Reebok have showcased a range of retro silhouettes here at Fat Buddha Store over the last couple of weeks but none quite as clean as this CL Nylon P . Over the last couple of years we have seen the popularity of the Ventilator followed by the GL6000 but this year we think it's going to be the year of the often under appreciated Classic Nylon. This version is the premium edition of the 1983 classic and is constructed from a buttery soft pigskin nubuck upper with mesh detailing for breathability. We are thrilled to announce our latest brand; sleek Scandinavian rain wear makers Elka. Rubber raincoats continue to be a fashion favourite seen in a rage of collections, collaboration and lookbooks over the last few seasons. Danish brand Elka, however, were one of the first on the scene  with their durable jackets first made in 1958 for fisherman, the military and police force. Thanks to recent collaborations with the likes of similar minded Scandinavian brands such as Norse Projects Elka has garnered reputation as a fashion favourite for understated, technically fine rainwear. Here at Fat Buddha Store we will be stocking the Klitmoller, possible the most understated piece in their entire range. Dropping in three colours; yellow, camo green and olive the jacket is constructed from a brilliantly simple 90% PVC/10% Polyester shell and features pop stud closure, drawstring hood and two waist pockets.
