The clothes were originally designed to withstand the rugged terrain in which the gold rush took place and this heritage it still evident in the designs today. Several generations later and Filson still maintains a worldwide reputation for honesty, quality and durability and position as the premier outfitter for outdoorsmen. Stance's Legends of Metal Collection pays tribute to the first albums of the worlds most idolized metal bands Slayer, Iron Maiden and Motorhead during a time when their unpredictable and unfiltered behaviour was about to lead them to heavy metal immortality. The three special edition socks are available in store now and will be online at Fat Buddha Store shortly.  Check them out below: Slayer features the original art work from their debut album which continues to reign in metal glory. Motorhead features original art from their 1977 debut. Iron Maiden features art from the original album which melted faces in 1980 and continues to do so. 

For Spring/Summer 2017, Edwin shifts the focus back to the brand’s DNA, remixing and refreshing traditional denim silhouettes, alongside workwear and military inspired pieces, including West Coast styles, sun bleached colours, damaged and distressed denim and rebellious graphic prints. Here at Fat Buddha Store from the range we are carrying classic check shirts, striped and graphic print t-shirts and sweats and tees in sun bleached pastel shades of yellow, pink and green. The solid visual aesthetic of the collection comes courtesy of reworked logos, youthful and rebellious imagery and tongue in cheek, Japanese avoured graphics, adding both humour and personality to this season’s print collection.
