One of our most popular and favourite shoe's here at Fat Buddha Store over the past year has been the Gibson Brogue from Sanders , so it's great to see some new additions to our collection in the form of the Alfie Brogue shoe shown above in light tan and in theTeak Brown shown further down. Established in Rushden, Northamptonshire, in 1873 by the brothers William and Thomas Sanders, the company’s aim was to supply outstanding quality footwear to discerning customers.   The two brothers and their band of five skilled craftsmen selected the finest English hides and the very best local oak-bark tanned soles, and there began the tradition of designing and making the gentlemen’s footwear for which the name Sanders & Sanders is world-famous today. Today's post is about the work of Megan Faye, or rather her work released under the Natural Unnatural banner. I first encountered her work at one of the Glasgow Craft Mafia events and I was immediately taken in by the quality of the handmade cards (I'm a sucker for cool cards). Megan has had her Internet minions hard at work on the new Natural Unnatural Web site and it's looking sweet, so if you have a hankering for something scratch-built and super funky pop over and see what's up for grabs right now!! The works on offer are created with careful consideration for environmental issues and use recycled materials as much as possible, they are hoping to be 100% planet earth friendly in the near future.
