The new Growler backpack from Seattle bag specialists Jansport made an arrival at Fat Buddha Store yesterday, and boy does it look good. The Growler bag features A large padded sleeve for your laptop during the week and a 3-liter hydration system for when you hit the trails at the weekend. The quick-access tablet sleeve keeps your iPad or Tablet close at hand, and an insulated front pocket stows your lunch until it's time to eat. Also featuring compression straps, zip closure pockets, S curved shoulder straps for comfort, dual side pockets and carabiner clips to keep your keys firmly safe. One of our favourite piece's of furniture and design here at Fat Buddha Store from last year has to be Jeff Skierka's great Mixtape Table , and now it looks like the table is ready to order. The 12:1 scale table is ready just in time for the cassette tape’s 50th anniversary and is made of high-grade Baltic birch plywood with maple veneer, solid American walnut, and features a hand-applied oil finish. Each coffee table is built upon order and is hand-assembled and finished in Seattle. Just like a real cassette tape, the piece is completely reversible – sides A and B, stamped and numbered on one side. The table sits on a custom platform with hand-bent steel powder coated legs and includes a 3/8-inch polished edge with glass top. Check out the pics of the finished product below.
