The brand hail from Ottawa and were founded by Pete Williams who is best known for being the man behind daily streetwear news site Highsnobiety . Tomorrow marks the release of the highly anticipated Hudson's Bay Company and Converse collaboration and we are extremely happy to bring you that release both instore and online! The two companies with such rich history have come together to make a great piece of footwear history. Utilising the Jack Purcell model of shoe, Canadian clothiers, the Hudson's Bay Company have put their spin on it by incorporating their signature wool blanket stripes on the upper. The shoes also feature threaded stitching, antique brass eyelets and the Jack Purcell and Hudson's Bay logos printed on the footbed. This exclusive release will be available online and instore tomorrow, so don't miss your chance to grab a pair!

Well that may be all about to change due to his fantastically smoking hot daughter Paulina! 24 year old Paulina Gretzky has been hitting the headlines recently after she announced her engagement to professional PGA tour golfer Dustin Johnson, which is bad news for us, but it hasn't stopped her taking some of the hottest instagram pics we've ever seen, so we're not complaining! It turns out she can also sing, she released a single - 'Collecting Dust' in 2006 which was featured on MTV's hit show at the time 'Laguna Beach'. She's notched up over 200,000 followers on her Instagram and it's really not hard to see why!

Renowned Vancouver bag specialist Herschel's Heritage Backpack has been a firm favourite with all of us here at Fat Buddha Store for some time and comes in at a great price too. The brand began when in the early 1900's, Peter Alexander Cormack, a barrel maker by trade, and his wife Annie made the journey from Wick, Scotland, crossing the Atlantic to Canada at a time when the government was enticing families to immigrate through the homestead program. After seemingly endless days of travel, the couple settled in the small town of Herschel , whose population today is counted at 30 residents. Founded in 2009 by brothers Jamie and Lyndon Cormack, Herschel Supply Co. adopted the name of the small town where three generations of their family grew up. Herschel Supply Co . is based in Vancouver, Canada and continue to manufacture some of the finest quality backpacks, bags, travel goods and accessories around. Our good friends at Converse dropped of some great new displays for the brands ever popular Jack Purcell shoe yesterday, and as a thank you, we just had to post it up here. The Jack Purcell is such a timeless classic, and manages to appeal to such a wide audience of people with it's clean simple shape. Born in Guelph, Ontario, Purcell excelled at tennis and golf as a child. He took up badminton in 1924, and rose quickly in Ontario's amateur ranks. Purcell won five consecutive Ontario championships from 1927 to 1931, and was the Canadian National Badminton Champion in 1929 and 1930. Purcell became the leading badminton player in Canada, which led him to write a badminton column for the Toronto Star . In 1931, Purcell traveled to England , having beaten all his competitors in Canada. There, he won the Surrey Doubles but got only as far as the semi-finals in the All-England Championships . Hit E4 comedy New Girl returns to our screens at the end of this month and as we all know, Zooey Deschanel is that quirky, hot girl who everybody loves, but this weeks hottie selection is her equally as hot co-star on the show Hannah Simone! Hannah Simone, who was born in London but spent her childhood travelling between Canada, Cyprus and India, burst onto our screens last year as Cece Parekh, Zooey Deschanel's ultra sexy best friend on New Girl. Prior to her role in New Girl, Simone was the host of MuchMusic in Canada and WCG Ultimate Gamer on the Syfy channel, a far cry from her role now.
