Adidas Superstar 80's - Mark Gonzales

T he highly anticipated launch of the custom Adidas Superstar 80's from pro skater Mark Gonzales has finally arrived in store. Managing to cater for fans of both clean and trashed trainers, the Superstar serves as a blank canvas for the latter by encouraging a trashing through any means necessary as demonstrated by Mark himself. Vandalistic assets come in the form of 4 colour markers to get you started. Although not everybody wants to dirty a perfectly good pair of recently acquired trainers, and if you can mange to keep them clean (or at least blood free) then you've got yourself a outstanding pair of classic footwear suitable for almost any occasion. For those who would prefer to keep their trainers in prestine condition, the Gonzales Superstar speaks volumes straight out the box with its subtle personalised embossing at the heel and tongue complimentedby further Gonzales branding at the side wall and insole. Outfit of the Week - Edwin, Wood Wood, Carhartt & Adidas

F or this weeks outfit selection we have procured a traditional, clean look with subtle streetwear overtones perfect for Summer, capturing the current trend of a more refined and mature style. To start with we have the Wood Wood Damien shirt shown here in navy. Made from a lighter material than previous seasonal offerings, the shirt is crisp and breathable making it a suitable candidate for late summer nights. Next up is the Classic Chino from Japanese denim giants Edwin , made from a more robust 9oz cotton twill the chino is more enduring than previous versions but is still light enough to maintain comfort. As featured in some of the latest posts from Fat Buddha, the Adidas Superstar , shown here in navy, makes a timely return to the streets when considering the latest resurgence of minimal, classic trainers such as the Stan Smiths or Converse Jack Purcells.
