A winter coat should above all serve as protection from the cold weather but also offer the opportunity to make a bold fashion statement not often afforded in the summer months. The technical excellence of this Trapper Parka from Carhartt WIP forms a water repellent, nylon lined cocoon for the darker months. Aesthetically this jacket matches up to its functionality with a top heavy streetwear silhouette with signature Carhartt branding and touches. Outfit of the Week - Carhartt WIP, Patagonia, Reebok, Wood Wood

This week's outfit grid is a textural winter look in an Autumnal colour palette of icy blues and earthy browns. Starting off the look is this Patagonia Down Jacket which is both stylish and practical . Designed for warmth and comfort it is constructed from a super-light 100% polyester ripstop shell and is fully insulated with 100% traceable 600 fill-power duck down. For bottom and accessories we have gone with timeless and grounded; camel and warm taupe shades for a contemporary and sophisticated edge. The warm gold undertones contrast and bring out the colour of the jacket. Finishing the look are the Reebok Act 600 85 CP . Fat Buddha Store - Autumn/Winter 2016 - Lookbook

Here at Fat Buddha Store we cast our eyes towards the colder months as we present our Autumn/Winter 2016 lookbook. In this lookbook we have showcased four season-defining looks that encapsulate the Fat Buddha Store aesthetics. Our first two looks feature pieces from Carhartt WIP , Patagonia , Adidas and Converse and are nautical inspired looks drawing heavily on the colour blue set against clean whites.  These looks play with different hues and shades shown in textural expressions and striped patterns. The second of our looks are more classicly workwear inspired with pieces from Carhartt WIP , Edwin and Wood Wood . For these looks, we have revisited some iconic workwear pieces and silhouettes drawing on workwear tradition of durability and function combined with updated patterns and colourways that are at home in the upcoming colder seasons.
