Puma have hit a roll recently with their releases and one of the best has to be the “Tropicalia” pack.  The Puma R698L, which debued in 1987, makes a return as part of this pack.   This great release featu res a combined suede and laser-perforated panel upper for additional ventilation and metatarsal flex pad Trinomic tecnology in the sole unit for comfort. Check out some pictures below.  The R698 from the “Tropicalia” pack comes in both black or khaki colorways with a tropical flower lining against a black backdrop with graphics inspired by the ipê-amarelo, Brazil’s national flower.  The Puma 2014 “Tropicalia” R698 is available instore and online now at Fat Buddha Store. Landing in store tomorrow (Saturday 15th March) is Puma's great Trinomic XS 850 Plus. Originally released back in 1992, Puma have resurrected the Trinomic XS850 for a Spring/Summer 2014 release as a part of its newly-established “CREAM” program. Noteworthy for its Trinomic technology of honeycomb-like clear rubber hexagonal cells – providing a perfect combination of cushioning, flexibility, and stability thanks to their ability to collapse and expand – the 2014 retro of the early ’90s trail shoe retains the neon accents and abstract prints of the era in the form of its neon pink accents and signature heel splatter. Constructed of mesh and suede for both breathability and durability, the CREAM edition of the XS850 OG drops tomorrow at Fat Buddha Store, so be quick to grab yourself a pair before these go. Another addition to our ever growing family of New Balance footwear at Fat Buddha Store is the brands classic 574 in a new Grey/Orange/White colour way(CPO). First released in 1988, New Balance brought us this great  running shoe. Featuring a premium Grey suede upper with breathable mesh panelling, white and orange accents, branded heel stabiliser and a grey coloured ENCAP midsole for stability and shock reduction. It also includes New Balance branding on the sides, heel and woven branding on the tongue, finished of with nice white padded lined inner.You can check out more pics below. Puma go deep into their extensive footwear archive to bring us the release of the Trinomic XT2 OG. The XT2 was regarded as the brands signature model for the Trinomic series running collection, and was originally released in the 90s. It comes back to us as a limited edition release in all it's former glory. The shoe features a grey mesh upper with tonal felt overlays on the toe, ankle and lace surround with green panels on the bottom lace loop and heel and fluorescent yellow accents on the form stripe and lace up. The shoe is sat on a white and grey midsole with a black grey and green outsole and is finished with Puma branding on the tongue, heel and on a yellow lace jewel. You can check out some pics below. One of the best and most popular Nike silhouettes of all time, the Air Max 90 makes a welcome return to Fat Buddha Store for Autumn/Winter 13 sporting a great new Black/Mortar/Mine Grey colourway that draws heavily from Nike 's celebrated history. Constructed of a nubuck upper, the shoe features contrasting sail accents and is finished with familiar  and iconic Air Unit sole for ultimate cushioned comfort. You can check out more pics below. It's always nice to see Nike drop a new colour way in one of it's classic styles, so it was a pleasant surprise to see the brands iconic Vortex drop through the door at Fat Buddha Store sporting a nice new Armory Slate colour option. Initially released in 1985, the Vortex had instant success with its comfort, support, and at the time of its release its modern style. The upper of the shoe has been made from a mesh and suede construction and the soles are built from vulcanized rubber. You can check out some pics below. With the Nike Pegasus celebrating it's 30th anniversary this year it's great to see the release of one of the brands most iconic models in the shape of the Air Pegasus 92 OG. As the name states the shoe was released in 1992 by Nike and was an update of the brands original Air Pegasus which was first released in 1983. The shoe features a leather and mesh upper, sports a Phylon midsole and Air-Sole for maximum comfort and comes in the original White/Black/Atomic Red OG colourway. You can check out more pics below. After posting last week about us having taken stock of Reebok 's great Phase II running shoe in Yellow, we now have the Phase II in the Blue/Red colourway here at Fat Buddha Store . The brand sticks to its classic runner silhouettes for the new issue of the Phase II. A shoe which made its first debut as a performance runner in the 80's and stands strong today. The updated vintage look has been achieved by using a powerful combination of suedes, nylon, meshing and topped off with leather for the heel tabs. Shown here in the new Blue/Red colourway the Phase II features a white/grey midsole and a reinforced heel for comfort along with durability. You can check out more pics below.
