The Glad Cafe is a new cafe/venue based in Shawlands in Glasgow's Southside, the heart of Scotland's most ethically diverse community. The aim is to provide a hub that will encourage people from different backgrounds to meet and mix informally, where experimental music is given a platform and where creative people could find a home all while enjoying seasonal food and fantastic coffee.
