Central Market Glasgow
After opening it's doors to the public at the end of October last year Central Market in Glasgow has established itself as one of the best places to dine out in the city. A firm favourite with all of the staff here at Fat Buddha Store , and a true success with the public, the restaurant has put itself on the map in a matter of months. The cafĂ©, restaurant and deli opened its doors on Bell Street in Glasgow’s historic Merchant City. Inspiration for the name was taken from the old fruit, vegetable and cheese markets which thrived in the area in the early 19th century and were referred to as the ‘central markets’. The restaurants beautiful interior makes for comfortable eating, and if anything grabs you the minute you walk in the door it has to be the uplifting atmosphere.
