New HUF arrivals

Our collection of Huf clothing has been disappearing in store here at Fat Buddha , so you'll be glad to know that we just had a re-stock of some of the Huf x Haze collaboration, and some tasty nice new items including the Huf x Haze LS tee shown above. Huf is the creation of Professional Skateboarder, Keith Hufnagel who in 2002 decided to open up a shop that brought the types of skateboard lifestyle apparel and footwear that he was used to in his native NYC to San Francisco where he was living at the time.  Over the years Huf evolved from shop to brand and is now a highly respected skateboard brand. All items are available in store now and online in the next few days, be quick as these won't hang around for long.

One of our favourite books here at Fat Buddha Store has to be Upper Playgrounds - 10 Years Of T-Shirt Graphics . The book shows, well, exactly what the title says the last ten years of t-shirt graphics by San Fransisco’s finest street culture shop & clothing line, Upper Playground. If you’re a fan of the latest street art, t shirts or just cool stuff, then this book is definitely for you. The affiliated gallery, Fifty24SF, shows works by leading urban artists, some of whom are the world’s most provocative. The works featured in this 10 year anniversary edition are cutting edge to say the least. HUF - Spring/Summer 2013

Our new delivery of HUF for spring/summer 2013 has arrived in store at Fat Buddha Store , bringing some nice Tee's, Sweats and 5 panel caps for our enjoyment. HUF - Death From Above

The new Death From Above 6 Panel Volley hat from famous San Francisco brand HUF has just arrived instore at Fat Buddha Store. HUF-founder Keith Hufnagel grew up skateboarding in the gritty streets of New York City's late-80s. In those days, skateboarding was simply not accepted: it was punk rock, it was hip-hop, it was a counterculture of outcasts misunderstood by the masses. It was a way of life that would ultimately shape Hufnagel's outlook on life. In 1992, Hufnagel moved to San Francisco to pursue his passion of skateboarding. He turned professional soon after, providing him a rare and rewarding opportunity to travel the world by means of his skateboard and the industry that supported him. Brought up by the very 'do-it-yourself' approach that came along with skateboarding, Hufnagel saw an opportunity to give back to that same community which had raised him, and opened a small boutique in 2002 on an offbeat block of San Francisco's Tenderloin D...

It had the same theme we've seen pop up previously from Mishka, discovering a cool destination and getting the best rappes doin their thang in Mishka gear.
