For Valentine's Day 2012 we decided put together a lookbook with a difference, featuring some of our favourite brands in store including ONLY New York, Undefeated, Diamond Supply Co, Carharrt, Edwin, Vans, Nike, Puma and HUF. Sick of the same old soppy, cheesy Valentine's poems and cards we see year in year out we thought we would create a card with a twist. Bringing you a more up to date take on the classic "Roses are Red" poem we present to you the Fat Buddha Valentine's lookbook......will you be our Valentine??? That's us had a few new deliveries in from Edwin in the past few weeks.  All we can say is the spring collection is looking really good. As per usual the denims and chinos haven't disappointed but the Edwin clothing is stronger than ever. In store now we have the EC Pocket Tee in both indigo and natural heather colourways.  This is a really nice spring tee with front pocket detail featuring an emroidered Edwin rainbow logo. The Edwin selvedge tab at the bottom is such a nice little touch. This week we show our love for the wonderful Kim Kardashian daughter of lawyer Robert Kardashian who was known for standing as defence lawyer for his friend O.J. Simpsons infamous murder case. Kim shot to fame in 2007 when she starred in reality T.V show Keeping Up with the Kardashian which followed the everyday lives of her and her family. Now a household she is hardly ever off our screens whether in the show, on the news, or photgraphed at the beach (but we aren't complaining).  With modelling, acting, her own spin of television show and her own perfume range she really is a Global superstar, all I can say is WOW. Just in this week we got a new delivery of Vans , in some really nice "Spring" colourways.  The styles we're looking at today just look perfect for a clean fresh Spring/Summer look. As per usual each pair features the signature reinforced heel, vulcanised base and the traditional waffle sole. Here are some of our favourites - Authentic - Blue Bell The Authentic is the signature Vans shoe, a real classic that is suitable for any casual occasion. Authentic - Gossamer Green The ERA which is very similar to the Authentic except more skateboarder friendly with its padded lip around the mouth for ankle support and extra stitching. With the line up for Rockness just recently announced it's getting to that time of year again when we try to block out the horrible weather we're dealing with right now and decide what festivals we are gonna hit up in the blistering heat over the summer! (it's probably not gonna be blistering heat anywhere in Scotland but still) Here are a couple who have already announced their line ups -  Rockness -  Set in the picturesque landscape of Inverness right next to the Loch, you really don't get a more beautiful surrounding to party in.  With headliners such as Mumford & Sons and Biffy Clyro this years festival seems a little more indie focused.  However dance music fans needn't fret as Justice and Deadmau5 are also high on the bill, plus a whole array of other artists bringing a really nice mix. Isle of Wight Festival - Now in it's 11th year after its sold out 10th anniversary last year this is a festival that really holds it own amongst it...

2.8 Hours Later is the thrill packed interactive night time zombie chase game where 500 players must try to survive the apocalypse and not become a zombie.  Every year a couple of lucky cities are selected to take part in the zombie chase. Check out the trailer for it here. The aim of the game for those luckily enough to be taking part is to make it to a series of checkpoints throughout the city in order to make it to the final Resistance HQ where it ends with a zombie disco.  Obviously you need to watch out for the blood thirsty zombies that will be chasing you through the whole process. It has just been announced that 2.8 Hours Later will be running in Glasgow on the 29th, 30th and 31st of March after a vote held on the 2.8 Hours website on where the next one should be held.  As of yet no tickets have went on sale.
