Back in September 2011 when the Berkeley Suite in Glasgow was opening it's doors for the first time, JG Wilkes ( Optimo ) and Jackmaster (Numbers), were set to be playing the party for the opening night. Due to the venue not being ready in time, the party was moved next door to Chinaskis (one of Glasgow's greatest bars) and what a party that was! Now this is finally happening tonight at The Berkeley Suite, and if your out and about this is one club night not to be missed. Jonnie (JG Wilkes) has been busy on the touring front with gigs taking him round the world alongside musical partner Keith McIvor (JD Twitch) and has seen them both churn out some outstanding mixes, remixes, and productions under a host of aliases. Jackmaster has also been a busy man when it comes to touring, with gigs around the globe, and a host of festival appearances during the summer months. We have just taken a re-stock of some Polaroid film and some new cameras from Impossible Project here at Fat Buddha Store . Impossible Project are a company that manufactures instant photographic materials and Polaroid film being the main drive behind the company. The Impossible Project was started in 2008 after Polaroid announced in February 2008 that it would stop producing instant film for Polaroid cameras. The founders are Dr. Florian Kaps, André Bosman and Marwan Saba. In June 2008, Kaps and Bosman met at the Polaroid factory’s closing event and decided to found a company to produce materials for Polaroid cameras. In October 2008, Impossible bought the production machinery from Polaroid and leased a building, called Building Noord, which was formerly part of the Polaroid plant in Enschede in the Netherlands. Arian Allisani aka Action Bronson is an interesting character. Born in Flushing, Queens to Albanian immigrant parents, Bronson first entered into a career in fine cuisine and became well respected as a fire-flame gourmet chef in New York City, before later deciding to give it a shot at being an MC. Not that he has left his fine cooking roots behind him, far from it, his rhymes are very often punctuated with metaphors and punchlines about food and cooking and he hosts his own online cooking show called 'Action in the Kitchen'.
