It turns out that denim experts Edwin are also pretty handy when it comes to their t-shirts too, as evidenced by the recent drop of tees instore. The Edwin Trademark tee puts an interesting, vintage inspired spin on the Edwin branding, letting you represent the brand with style! Available in two colourways - grey and white, this classic crewneck style tee is a cracker. The Edwin Airbone tee channels somewhat of an Americana theme with its Bald Eagle print and is another great t-shirt from the brand. The pick of the bunch though has got to be the Edwin and Blitz Motorcycles collaboration tee which really nails the biker theme with its washed out print and features Blitz branding on the sleeve. One of our favourite DJ's at Fat Buddha Store Al Kent, is set to release the next installment of the great Disco Love compilation series in Febuary 2013. Disco Love Volume 3 looks set to be another killer collection of rare disco and the perfect remedy to shake off the winter blues. To celebrate, they have lined up a series of parties , kicking off in Glasgow of course, on Saturday night (19th Jan) at also one of our favourite venues The Berkeley Suite. The first Disco Love album was released in 2010 and was very well received, prompting a follow up: 2011's imaginatively titled "Disco Love Volume 2". Again, it was a very well received album. And so here we are, about to enter 2013 and Volume 3 is being manufactured as we speak. There's no prizes for guessing that it contains some beautiful, off the beaten track, di sco music selected by Al Kent. The footwear deliveries have been coming thick and fast here at Fat Buddha Store and are really putting a spring in our step for the New Year (excuse the bad pun...).   The latest delivery to drop through our doors comes from the masters of the classic running shoe, New Balance . Two new colourways of their classic 420 shape arrived in store and had all the staff excited!   The U420UKR and UK420UKB are classic red and blue colourways with a vintage twist. They feature the tried and tested combination of ripstop nylon, suede and leather. Both colourways feature a grey suede heel and off white midsole. Pop instore to get your hands on these belters and keep an eye out for these going online soon!

Clarks Originals popular Lugger shoe has just arrived in store at Fat Buddha Store in a beautiful Tan Brown leather finish. The shoe comes from a design from the 1980's and is known  for its 'pastry' seam detail which runs along one side. The Lugger features a leather upper, crepe sole, simple stitching and comes in a moccasin styled design. You can check out more pics below. Taking design cues from mainstay models like the Puma Suede Classic and Clyde to create a slightly higher and, dare we say more sophisticated rendition, the Puma Stepper makes a comeback. This model has just arrived in store at Fat Buddha and we,re loving the looks of it already. The shoe features a suede upper, lace up front, rubber outsole and is set apart by it's cushioned ankle trim, finishing the shoe off nicely. You can check out more pics below. New group Haim have been making a lot of waves in the music industry as of late. The trio of sisters from California - Este, Danielle and Alana Haim - have been quietly playing and recording music together since 2006, but it wasn't until 2012 that they decided to release anything. The three sisters are all incredibly musical, all proficient in multiple instruments and all had experience in bands prior to their coming together to form Haim and are now slated as one of the ones to watch in 2013. Haim had played a handful of shows supporting artists such as Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros and The Henry Clay People and then went on to release their first EP entitled 'Forever', a release which saw the music press go crazy for their unique r&b meets folk sound. Following a successful gig at South by Southwest, the group were signed to Polydor Records and they went on to re-release the 'Forever' EP on vinyl. They also received favourable review...

This weeks hottie needs no introduction, but here's one anyway, the beautiful Beyonce. GQ recently compiled their list of the 100 Sexiest Women of the 21st Century and Beyonce tops the bunch! For anyone that doesn't know, Beyonce started out as a member of r'n'b girl group Destinys Child before heading off to solo success, many hit singles and solidifying her status as a sex symbol around the world (We all remember the 'Crazy In Love' video!) Her marriage to rap superstar Jay-Z created one of the most high profile celebrity couples, and several million very jealous men! Beyonce has done it all, she has had a successful singing career, shes acted in films and now she's been named the Sexiest Woman of the 21st Century and from her GQ photoshoot, its hard to argue with that accolade!
