This summer on August 28th Sensu will be returning to the warm waters of Croatia for one of the most exciting musical festivals in the world, Dimensions. To celebrate this Sensu will be throwing a launch party tonight at Subclub and will be joined by Glasgow's own Jackmaster who will also be headlining at Dimensions. Barry Price & Junior will be on warm up duty with the club open until 4AM. Advanced tickets are £5 from Resident Advisor here  and in store or online at Ticket Scotland here . Every month here at Fatbuddha we run a competition and give away a great prize with last month's being an excellent  Eastpack Sawchain bag . Bearbricks by Japanese company Medicom Toy Incorporated are highly collectible designer vinyl toys. The first Bearbrick toy was released in 2001 and since then they have steadily released various highly sought after varieties collaborating with well established artists and designers. Dropping instore from the Nike Air 180 "Safari Sole" Pack is the black colourway pictured above. Nike regularly bring back reworked versions from their back catalogue but this is one we were really looking forward to. While the materials mimic a 1987 runner and feature ostrich panelling on the heel panels and the iconic safari print on the midsole the colourway gets an update with hues of bright teal complimenting the black base and a contrasting reddish pink tick. It's been a while since the last Air Max 180 came back so these are not to be missed. They are available in store and will be online shortly.

With the commonwealth officially kicking off today we have selected some of our favourite Glasgow eateries for you to enjoy over the next two weeks. While there are loads of great and different places to eat in Glasgow we have made a small section of some of the ones we hope to enjoy over the Commonwealth. Bread Meats Bread: With more and more great burger places opening up just now it's hard to choose a favourite but in walking distance of us is the great Bread Meats Bread. Along with your classic burgers you can also get current favourites like pulled pork and gourmet hotdogs along with brilliant sweet fries, all at pretty affordable prices. The place is always packed so you should make use of the lunchtime takeaway menu which consists of all meals with fries for £6 or £7, 12-3pm, Mon-Thu. Starting last weekend for the commonwealth Glasgow's renowned fishmogers The Fish Plaice have opened up a pop up kitchen & bar in the courtyard of the Glasgow Saltmarket which will be open between the 18th July - 3rd August 2014.  The opening party will take place this Thursday between 6pm - Midnight and will feature live acts & DJ's in addition to great food. Check out the Faceboook event here . If you can't make it down for the opening party make sure you make it down for the short time its open as the food is not to be missed.
