Fat Buddha Store - Seasonal Looks 2018
For Spring/Summer 2018 Fat Buddha Store presents four seasonal looks utilising our key brands along with their standout pieces. Looking at four of our most popular brands (Carhartt WIP, Edwin, Patagonia & Ben Davis) we have created looks which we feel are a summation of each individual label's SS18 aesthetic. All items pictures are available in store and online now.
Carhartt WIP have produced a vibrant colour palette for their Spring/Summer 2018 collection. The warm-season range is comprised of lightweight versions of the brand’s iconic silhouettes with stand out colours being the soft rose (pictured), soft teal and stone blue. Signature pieces returning this season including the Chore Coat, Madison Jacket, Nimbus Pullover alongside button up shirts, graphic print t-shirts, denims and trousers. The paired back chase and base programme also carry through this season with sweats and tees in a raft of colours.

Japanese denim specialist EDWIN have focused their 2018 Spring/Summer collection on classic cuts, reworking archive styles with a contemporary approach to traditional silhouettes. The brand have utilised premium quality fabrics, innovative wash treatments, and a clean approach to styling that balances the modern with the traditional. Stripes and indigo dyes features throughout while traditional Japanese colours of red and white sit alongside a raft of soft pastels. Japanese inspired graphic references also puncture the range of t-shirts and sweats.

Californian brand Patagonia has been catering to the needs of climbers, hikers and assorted outdoors-y types since 1973, and along the way found itself an accidental streetwear icon. Patagonia utilises timeless silhouettes which do not change drastically from season to season with the brands environmentally friendly buy better but buy less approach partly behind their loyal following. The colour palette has been given a seasonal update with heavy use of primary reds, green and soft blues.

Ben Davis is an iconic American workwear brand that has been in operation since 1935. Today the brand is known for their tough wearing, understated style and highly functional pieces.
