Puma x ALIFE - Leadcat Sliders

Image
It's finally beginning to feel like summer what with the sun shining yesterday and the arrival of some summer essentials in the form of these Puma x ALIFE Leadcat sliders. Dropping as part of the two respected labels most recent collab these pool sliders have seen a huge resurgence in popularity recently. Constructed from a durable, quick-drying material, the sliders feature a textured, contoured footbed for long-lasting comfort, along the wide synthetic strap and a gripped flexible outsole for superior traction. What really makes these killer though is the collaborative branding with Puma's to be found at the side and ALIFE 's embossed across the strap. Both Puma and ALIFE logo's also feature in bold peach across the strap. Prepare for summer with these sliders; available in store now and online in the next couple of days.

Puma x ALIFE Collection

Image
After a successful collaboration last year respected labels Puma and ALIFE have joined forces once again on a capsule collection consisting of footwear and apparel. The latest collection is inspired by New York along with football, or soccer to our American cousins, and features a selection of apparel that welcomes PUMA’s Archive No. 1 logo and ALIFE’s 158 print, as well as a series of footwear drops. From the collection we have taken the Soccer Sweat along with the R698 and Blaze of Glory silhouettes. The bold graphics on the sweat are inspired by the "Welcome to Fear City" pamphlets that were distributed to tourists back in 1975 when New York gained a reputation for crime and vice. The Blaze of Glory is constructed from a mix of nubuck and neoprene and the sick colourway is complimented with a speckled black midsole. The R698 comes in this bold peach colourway and is made from buttery soft suede and finished off with a Trinomic sole. Check ou...

Puma x ALIFE - Drop II

Image
This Saturday looks set to be a busy one with the final drop from Puma x ALIFE ’s recent collaboration. This instalment sees a R698, Blaze of Glory and Disc Blaze silhouettes along with an on point clothing collection. The latest drop takes heavy influence from 90s streetculture and hip hop which is infused in the colours, detailing and patterns seen throughout. The Disc Blaze features a bold green shaded upper with pops of pearl white on the disc closure and hits of orange to add some flavour. The Blaze of Glory has a more muted colour palette with all-black uppers broken up with a tonal textured pattern and overlays. The Blaze is brightened up with hits of blue, red and yellow along the grey midsole with the look finished off with ALIFE print on the heel lining. The R698 takes its cues from the iconic Alife Rivington Club store and sees the black and grey upper punctuated by pops of red and purple. New Brand: ALIFE - Fat Buddha Store Glasgow

Image
After teasing with the mammoth Puma x ALIFE collab in February we are thrilled to announce that mainline ALIFE has come to Fat Buddha Store . For those not in the know ALIFE is a concept store based out of downtown New York, it elevates itself above regular brands by focusing as much on lifestyle and art as apparel. First opening it’s door in 1999 with a modest shopfront on the Lower East Side the brand’s popularity grew in the Hip Hop, Artistic and Skate communities to form something of a cultural hub in the neighbourhood. This early success was parlayed in the early noughties with the opening of the now famous tier 0 sneaker store Alife Rivington Club. 2006 seen ALIFE expand their original lifestyle concept by sponsoring talent such as Q-Tip, Jadakiss and Moby. ALIFE is a firm favourite on the UK streetwear scene with the classic ALIFE bubble logo or OG logo turning crews, t-shirts and zip hoodies into instant bestsellers. February gave us our first in...
