Hailing from the OTW sector of Vans, the OTW Balfour Wallet is an excellent piece of work. The wallet uses an all over perforated design, similar to that on a handful of shoes in the OTW range. The wallet is made from 100% leather and is a bi-fold style design, hosting multiple card and note slots. The wallet comes in the Pebble colour way shown above and below. You can check out the pics. LEGO's largest ever model was revealed in New York City’s Times Square yesterday in the shape of the Star Wars X-Wing Fighter. It is the world’s largest LEGO model coming in at 42x the size of the #9493 Star Wars set currently available. The model was constructed in LEGO’s model shop in Kladno, Czech Republic and measures 11 x 43 feet with a wingspan of 44 feet. The 1:1 scale model uses over five million bricks and weighs in at over 45,000 pounds. An international team of builders, engineers, designers, mechanics and logistics experts spent over a year planning and constructing the model from the same bricks enjoyed by people all over the world. Californian surf rockers Wavves make a welcome return this at the end of this month with their fourth album 'Afraid of Heights'. Wavves was started in 2008 as a recording project by Nathan Williams, who later went on to enlist the drumming capabilities of Ryan Ulsh as US and European tours beckoned due to the success of their self-titled debut album. The band released their second album 'Wavvves' in 2009, again to much critical acclaim from the likes of Pitchfork and Spin. That same year, the band underwent some major changes, with Ryan Ulsh leaving the band after a very public fallout with Nathan Williams, during their set at Barcelona's Primavera Sound Festival. The lineup has changed a few times since then, with the inclusion of Zach Hill as a touring drummer for a brief time before the former members of Jay Reatard's band Billy Hayes and Stephen Pope jumped on board and together they recorded Wavves third album 'King Of The Beach' in 2...

New group Haim have been making a lot of waves in the music industry as of late. The trio of sisters from California - Este, Danielle and Alana Haim - have been quietly playing and recording music together since 2006, but it wasn't until 2012 that they decided to release anything. The three sisters are all incredibly musical, all proficient in multiple instruments and all had experience in bands prior to their coming together to form Haim and are now slated as one of the ones to watch in 2013. Haim had played a handful of shows supporting artists such as Edward Sharpe and The Magnetic Zeros and The Henry Clay People and then went on to release their first EP entitled 'Forever', a release which saw the music press go crazy for their unique r&b meets folk sound.
