Music Monday - d'Eon Music For Keyboards Vol. II




This week we are having a look at a free mix dropped by Montreal based electronic artist d'Eon who is best known for his previous work with fellow Montrealer Grimes on the Darkbloom EP.


In the build up to his debut EP which will be released later this year he has dropped some free mixtapes. He just recently released this new one entitled Music For Keyboards Vol. II, a selection of 14 piano arrangements based on Blink 182's "What's My Age Again". The aim of it is to show the beauty of the song when stripped down just to the core notes.

It may sound very strange but it's pretty good and very interesting to hear his his take on the originals. But don't take our word for it have a listen below and see what you think...

Hottie of the Week - Yvonne Strahovski

So once again I've decided to resurrect our Hottie of the Week posts (although they should probably be more hottie of the month!) This week goes to a sexy Australian with a Polish name...Yvonne Strahovski! Currently starring in the final season of one of my favourite shows, Chuck, in America you may have also seen her in last years film Killer Elite with Jason Statham, Robert De Niro and Clive Owen. Or you may have heard her as a voice in the Mass Effect video Game Series Anyways I'll let the pictures do the talking!
