Justin Carter & Eamon Harkin are two people that have done things their way from the very beginning, always looking to do something more interesting, something different, rather than following what has and does go on around them consistently. For Number's next Sub Club session, Spencer is joined by none other than MIKE SERVITO a resident at both NYC’s ‘The Bunker’ and Detroit’s ‘No Way Back’ parties. He’s a firm favourite of ours and has a history than stretches all the way back to the mid 90’s - basically an exceptionally good dj who has the records and that certain secret knowledge required to elevate a party. Having done shows with Mike outside of Glasgow, we’re really excited to hear what he’s got planned for our home town.

Tonight La Cheetah Club presents Cooking with Palms Trax & Antal. Over the last 4 years there have been few DJs or producers out there who've impressed as much as Palms Trax. With that in mind, you'll understand how excited we are to be able to announce that he'll be taking up residency in La Cheetah this year! He'll be curating 4 shows in the club and he's invited some of his favourite acts and good friends to join him throughout 2017. Pt.2 sees him bring a true legend of the Dutch scene to the club, Rush Hour boss, ANTAL! Rightly regarded as one of the best selectors on the planet, the Amsterdam native will be making his first appearance in the club on the 26th May. His label has been a massive influence Palms Trax over the years and there’s not many who can touch him as a DJ so it’s a bit of a dream come true to have these 2 sharing the booth. The Scottish Street Food Festival has been created to bring people together through food and celebrate Scotland's relatively new Street food culture in a fun festival setting. We envisage it will become an annual event where food trucks, restaurants, food vendors, suppliers & producers can coexist and showcase what they have to offer Scotland in a relaxed, happy and friendly environment. This new 2 day festival will take place on 20th & 21st May 2017 at Scotland's iconic Riverside Museum.

Subclub generally don’t repeat themselves but they figured around an entire generation of clubbers has probably been and gone since they last did this, and as the first one was so mega they thought it would be fun to do it again. The word "rave" has been much abused over the years. In our minds it wasn't all hoovers at dawn, helium vocals, cheesy piano breakdowns and hands in the air all night. A rave was a place where a ridiculously loud sound system was combined with sensory overload lighting to enhance the experience of dancing to all strains of electronic dance music with a vague feeling of "one-ness" amongst the participants.
