Tonight ( Thursday 14th November) will see Red Bull Revolutions in Sound finally take to the skies, with a UK Club takeover of the EDF Energy London Eye. 30 capsules gigs will bear witness to performances, whilst in rotation, from the likes of Lily Allen, Richie Hawtin, Katy B, Rudimental (DJ set), Sasha, Mike Pickering, Skream and Boy Better Know to name but a few. The final line-up, a roll call for clubland's legends and luminaries, includes over 100 DJs and MCs, eleven dancers, five singers and two conga drummers. The night not only celebrates UK music history but writes it too: A world first in live streaming, all 30 capsules will be broadcast simultaneously on the web (on Channel4.com in the UK, and globally via Red Bull Music's YouTube channel). Glasgow's very own Koreless has teamed up with another pioneer of the London art scene Ghostpoet to produce a collaborative piece of work focusing on the question "What Moves You ?". Supported by Levi's throughout the project film director Alex Turvey joined these two seminal producers to document the creative process and provide the visual aspect of this musical endeavor. Something a bit different for this weeks Music Monday and also an event to look forward to is the return of Red Bull Music Academy and their Revolutions In Sound. This year the event focuses around the underground dance music and club scene, paying a homage to the best of the best club nights and nightclubs the UK has to offer, taking a slice of each scene from each city and presenting them across 30 stages.   The night consists of all 30 Capsules of the London Eye playing host to a seminal night withing the UK's club scene, both form the past and present. Ranging from artists selected from the unstoppable Boiler Room team, Talkin' Loud and Saying Something with Giles Peterson and Patrick Forge, Manchester's Warehouse Project and BBK presented by Eskimo Dance to name a few. American model and actress Emily Ratajkowski has hottie of the week honours this week and quite rightly so, just look at her!   Born in London, England, Emily was raised in California and now splits her time between the east and west coast of America. Emily was signed by Ford Models at the age of 14, doing modelling and acting jobs at the same time as attending school in San Diego, she even attended UCLA for one year majoring in Fine Art, before making the decision to pursue a full time career in modelling. Emily has been seen in campaigns for Nordstrom, Forever 21 and various lingerie and swimsuit companies. She began working with famed photographer Tony Duran and began shooting more and more fashion editorials and campaigns as a result, eventually gracing the cover of GQ Turkey. Horse Meat Disco make a welcome return to Glasgow's great disco den The Berkeley Suite tomorrow night (Saturday 27th April), and if previous experience is anything to go by, then it's set to be outstanding. Hit E4 comedy New Girl returns to our screens at the end of this month and as we all know, Zooey Deschanel is that quirky, hot girl who everybody loves, but this weeks hottie selection is her equally as hot co-star on the show Hannah Simone! Hannah Simone, who was born in London but spent her childhood travelling between Canada, Cyprus and India, burst onto our screens last year as Cece Parekh, Zooey Deschanel's ultra sexy best friend on New Girl. Prior to her role in New Girl, Simone was the host of MuchMusic in Canada and WCG Ultimate Gamer on the Syfy channel, a far cry from her role now. New Girl returns on the 26th March, and so does the sexy Hannah Simone, we can't wait!

One of our favourite collection of vinyl toy s at Fat Buddha Store has to be from Amos and predominantly James Jarvis. He was born in London in 1970 and is known for his work as an illustrator and toy designer, also being a pioneer of the soft vinyl designer toy revolution. Beginning as a designer for the fashion company Silas, Jarvis now creates characters at his own company, Amos Toys , each character with its own personality and background world. You can check out some images below of some familiar characters such as King Ken (Shown) and some new ones. Ferguson of London's new 2012 winter collection of men’s tweed jackets, are elegantly constructed and well made and just arrived here at Fat Buddha Store . They have some great detail and shape with a military menswear feel to them. The partnership consists of Shoei Uddin, son of a Fashion factory owner in Bow, and womenswear designer Joan Ferguson. The material choice, which is made from quality Italian tweed, is what makes this jacket look expensive. As the sun has decided to come out for a bit over here in Scotland it has really started getting us hyped about the up and coming summer festival season. It's only about two weeks till Scotland plays host to it's first festival Rockness! This being the case we thought we would look into a few other festivals held further afield that we are pretty hyped about. 1. Sonar - Barcelona 14th, 15th and 16th June - Since 1994 Sonar has been celebrating advanced music and media throughout various venues in Barcelona. It is a real pioneering festival with an artistic programme that is divided between activities at Sonar by Day which showcases new talent and live shows and Sonar by Night which presents the headline artists. Sonar by Day is held right in the centre of Barcelona while Sonar by Night is held on the outskirts in a massive airport hangover. Today is my first day back in Fat Buddha after a almost 3 weeks off! Like many people, I couldn't really afford to go anywhere too exciting this summer, but decided to make what I could of it and have a wee UK holiday instead and it was great.  First stop was Manchester where we stayed for three days. The main reason we went was to see Death Cab for Cutie play (I've never seen them before) but as I also love Manchester, I really was desperate for an excuse to go back and spend some time there. We got there on the Monday, the day of the gig, had a Nandos, bought some Krisky Kremes (another first - wow) and explored the city. The gig itself was incredible - despite being ridiculously hot in the venue, DCFC were amazing and played a meaty 2 hour set finishing with Stay Young Go Dancing, Marching Bands of Manhattan and Transatlanticism as an encore... perfect.
