For those who think that's cheating, I found a good tutorial to create your own... Hi guys! I'm back after a month or two break to focus on exams! I've done a good bit of painting in that time so i have a stack of pictures to get up. I'm going to start off with one of the most recent, and one of my favorites. I was using The old style monsters cans, but have been using Ironlak a lot lately so I'll get some pic of that up soon. Above is the original sketch, It was drawn on the train to work! Above is the Outline, The paint colour was light green and pistachio Above is the fill, The original sketch was pretty bland so i though different coloured letters would Spice it up a little. Above is Another outline and 3D done in forest green, I was down to the dregs of the can so the bottom left is a bit patchy. Above is the highlight done in a light yellow. Hi guys, this week I'm going back to writing about the graffiti equipment Fat Buddha stocks. This items a beauty, its a NY Mop filled with white Grog buff proof ink. The NY Mop is great, the bottle holds loads of ink, so you don't have to refill as often, it can be really drippy if you want it to be and is really smooth on a good few surfaces. Grog Buff proof ink is one of the best inks on the market, it is resist to alot of chemicals, will not be effected by any weathering, the bottle is pocket sized and will fill this NY Mop about 3/4 times. Below are pictures of the NY Mop and The White Grog ink. To fill the Pen, remove the cap, and head of the Mop. Give the bottle of ink a really good shake, open it and pour into the bottle of the Mop. Don't fill the marker right to the top so that when its been put back together you can make sure the inks mixed well before you start writing. Hi guys, this week I'm going to be talking about Black Books. Fat Buddha stock a costume Fat Buddha Black book with our logo on the front. these Books come in two sizes A4 and A5. The paper quality is really high and it has loads of pages. The book is protected by a stiff cover to stop your sketches getting messed up, and are a reasonable price too. Sadly i can't take any pictures this week as the cameras still broke but I've found some pictures on the web. None of these pictures are mine i take no credit. So what do you use your Black Book for? well first off you can start Simple, some tags or throw-ups: Then you could move on to some advance wildstyles or Burners. Hi guys, this week I'll be showing you the 30mm Monstercolors Paint marker . The pen comes in a wide range of colours and as always available at Fat Buddha . The marker above is a light blue, so its better for darker surfaces. Like the 15mm when you buy the pen there is no paint in the nib, you need to remove the lid, pump the nib until the paint start to seep through the felt, then its ready to write. The major difference between the 15mm and the 30mm is clear, the size of the nib, this means the 30mm will take a bit longer to fill the nib as it needs a bit more paint. If you remove the top, inside you will see cotton wool, this was added to make the marker drip less. If you remove this your marker will be more drippy, if your markers too messy for your liking add more cotton wool or pump the nib less. The 30mm is a great pen that covers brilliantly. Hi guys, this is the first ever tutorial for the fat buddha graffiti supplies . This week I'll be showing you how to use the 15mm paint marker from Monstercolours. Fat Buddha stocks a wide range of colours, and the monster colours markers are also available in 30mm and with ink, instead of paint. The Marker above is a dark blue, When you buy it in the shop the paint is in the chamber but not yet ready to use. To start the paint flowing you have to remove the lid, turn the pen upside down and pump the nib in and out uptill the tip is flooded with paint. Once the nib is full of paint your ready to write. The more you pump the nib the more the paint will flow so if you want a drippy tag press-down and write, but if you prefere a cleaner tag fill the nib once and write without pressing down. The nib itself is chisle shaped, this means that you lines are fat one way but thinner the other. The nib is also re-placeable if it gets damaged, but the pen should write on most surfaces. The ...
