Lavenham

The great English heritage clothing company Lavenham have just arrived instore at Fat Buddha Store. Lavenham are manufacturers of of superior quality country clothing and accessories that pride themselves on sticking to the two innate attributes of Quality and Durability that have taken the brand so far since its inception in 1969.

The brand was founded in 1969 and made the first nylon quilted horse rug, closely followed by quilted jackets and waistcoats for the esteemed and sartorially aware rider and country-phile. It's own in- house design team oversee every aspect of production from the quilting to the finished product.

Fast forward to 2011 and the brand has firmly embraced colour, detail and contemporary styling, bringing a sense of modernity to the label. The brand sits in a very strong position right now, as the demand for heritage brands and clothing continues to grow. With exports now going to Japan and the highly succesful fashion brand APC being there first japanese customer the future looks great for Lavenham in the fashion marketplace.
