Carhartt WIP Spring/Summer 2019 Lookbook


Streetwear mainstay Carharrt WIP have dropped another selection of goodness for the warm weather this Spring/Summer 2019, with a variety of reworkings of the brand's signature workwear staples.

This season sees a quintessentially spring colour pallet with earthy green/beige like adventure and wall siting alongside pastel shades of aloe, soft pastel and peach. Organic cotton canvas realises a fusion of sturdiness and comfort that the brand is known for, with ’90s-inspired graphics, bright stripes, over-dyed denim and 3M accents adding head-turning flair to the versatile garments.

Here at Fat Buddha Store we have taken a range of classic pieces such as the Nimbus Pullover and Chase range in the aforementioned colourways alongside newer silhouettes from the Elmwood range and one our personal favourites the Reno Shirt in smooth 'aloe' greeny blue. The military inspired range returns with Michigan Shirt Jacket and Coleman shirt and hats. Another fresh edition this season is both the Salinac Shirt Jacket and Michigan Denim Coat in 90's inspired over-dyed denims.

Hottie of the Week - Yvonne Strahovski

So once again I've decided to resurrect our Hottie of the Week posts (although they should probably be more hottie of the month!) This week goes to a sexy Australian with a Polish name...Yvonne Strahovski! Currently starring in the final season of one of my favourite shows, Chuck, in America you may have also seen her in last years film Killer Elite with Jason Statham, Robert De Niro and Clive Owen. Or you may have heard her as a voice in the Mass Effect video Game Series Anyways I'll let the pictures do the talking!
