Obey - Autumn/Winter 2021

Streetwear imprint OBEY is back for this season, showcasing its latest capsule of elevated staples with a raw and energetic editorial shot by New York and Montreal-based photographer Frankie Perez.

Perez — who has worked with the likes of Converse, Maison Margiela and Reebok in the past — has a background as a world-class breakdancer, and has since become known for carrying a sense of motion in his images, and exploring the lesser-known spheres that exist within the world of fashion.

Teaming up with OBEY, who last year collaborated with Dickies, Perez showcases the brand’s latest array of shirting, logo tees and work pants, as well as more progressive and experimental looks.

The full OBEY Fall 2021 collection is available in store and online, while Perez has just self published his first photography book See Me Up? It’s ‘Cause I’ve Been Down which is centred around the dance culture he grew up in.
