Going Out - Supermax Presents - The Return Of The Monster Ball

This Saturday the 27th October see's Supermax take over the Berkeley Suite in Glasgow for their annual Halloween celebration, The Monster Ball. Always a date to stick in the diary and a horror party not to be missed. Everyone in Glasgow know DJ Billy Woods and Lisa Ringrose for their outstanding party throwing ability's and serving up some of the best slices of Disco around. Supermax celebrated it's 5th birthday last month with an outstanding turnout at Glasgow's ever popular and notorious Berkeley Suite Venue, which has seen such great DJ's such as Optimo, Horse Meat Disco, Thomas Bullock (Rub n Tug), Andrew Weatherall and many, many more grace it's great surroundings.

Supermax is a taste of the decadent sound systems of New York's disco era – Studio 54 et al - a club where Glaswegian fashionistas, muzic freaks & wild thangs get down to Billy's audiosexual soundtrack.

Christopher Kane, Tim Sweeney, Tim Goldsworthy, Jim Lambie, JG Wilkes, Slam and Horse Meat Disco DJ's Jim Stanton & James Hillard are just some of the names who’ve dropped in to party at ‘Der’ Løve Machine and experience the aural pleasure of the legendary ‘Bozak - Balmain’ sound system - Glasgow's finest club sound system!


Billy also created this amazing flyer below (Which must have taken such a long time), swapping all the faces in the original photo for the the faces of regular club attendees, partygoers and supporters of the clubnight.
