Eating Out - Nippon Kitchen Glasgow

We savour our lunchtime's (and also out meals) here at Fat Buddha Store, so we were very pleased when the Nippon kitchen just opened it's doors round the corner from our store (91 West George St Glasgow). After setting up shop a few weeks ago, it's safe to say this has to be one of the best Japanese restaurant's the city has to offer. The Nippon Kitchen combines Modern Japan with Old Glasgow, in a Grade A listed building in the heart of the City Centre, providing a cool and contemporary eating space that is both beautiful and relaxed.

Using locally sourced and specially selected Japanese ingredients, they serve up an array of authentic Japanese dishes including crisp tempura, mouth-watering rice and noodle dishes and fresh sushi, handmade to order.

The Nippon Kitchen is sister restaurant to the award winning Nanakusa on Sauchiehall St in Glasgow, which you should also try out. The staff are welcoming, the service is great, the food is delicious, so if your heading out for food make the Nippon Kitchen your next stop, a true taste of Japan in the heart of the city and a great addition to Glasgow's ever growing food scene. From all at Fat Buddha Store we salute you!
