Outfit of the Week - Carhartt WIP, Converse, Edwin, Ray-Ban

This week's summer inspired look features pieces from Edwin and Carhartt WIP's Spring/Summer collections along with accessories and footwear from Converse and Ray-Ban. 

Starting off the look is this Coach Jacket from Edwin in this bold Royal Blue colour with contrasting white buttons. A classic coach jacket always looks smart and this one with minimal detailing and  subtle branding to the left chest lets the colour do the talking. Light enough for the warmer months but still offering protection from the rain, it is perfect for Scottish summers. We have layered this jacket over this grey Mt Fuji Logo T-shirt also from Edwin as we love the colour variation against the blue. For bottoms we have gone for a classic cotton short from Carhartt WIP. When choosing shorts there are so many colour options available so go with a colour, like this classic chino colour, that will go with your wardrobe and will ensure maximum usage. These shorts are constructed from cotton with a bit of stretch making them extra comfortable. Shorts in general should be comfortable and laid back, so finding ones in the right fabric is worth the investment. We have kept the footwear clean and selected these all white premium leather Chuck Taylor from Converse. No summer outfit would be complete without sunglasses and none look better than Ray-Ban's iconic Clubmaster; which finish the look off perfectly.

 Edwin Jeans Coach Jacket - Royal Blue Twill

The latest series of coach jackets from Edwin are made from a lightweight nylon and feature subtle branding at the waist and chest as well as contrasting buttons for the closure. The jacket also benefits from a drawstring hem to keep out the wind.

Edwin Jeans Mt Fuji Logo T-shirt - Grey Marl 

The Mt Fuji T-Shirt comes from Japanese imprint Edwin's Spring/Summer 2016 collection. This simple single cotton jersey t-shirt features a graphic inspired by Japan's Mount Fiji across the left chest and more prominently across the back.

Ray-Ban Clubmaster Sunglasses - Ebony/Arista // Green 

Mad Men was all about the Clubmaster shape from Ray-Ban, if a pair of sunglasses can be described as retro & futuristic at the same time, then its the Clubmaster, a very aggressive set of design features single out the Clubmaster as being an amazing piece of design. If you are in the market for a fashionable pair of sunglassses from Ray-Ban then here we have the Ebony/Arista // Green lens version of the Clubmaster.

Converse Chuck Taylor OX Leather Shoes - White

 Converse's iconic Chuck Taylor Ox has just been released in this white leather colourway. Constructed from premium leather uppers its features a vulcanised sole.
