Converse 2015 - Jack Purcell Signature
While on first glace the updates to the Jack Purcell may seem nominal, as the shoe preserves the Jack Purcell look, this edition is imbued with a plethora of improvements. What marks this model out is it's exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail which sees a durable two play duck canvas, two-piece molded foxing construction, lightweight herringbone outsole, a streamlined toecap along with premium detailing such a polished aluminum eyelets, open weave forefoot and a wider heel stay. Taking us by surprise the shoe also features an ortholite footbed with embedded Nike Zoom Air Technology for extra mobility and breathablity. While Converse have tinkered with the intricacies familiar Jack Purcell features remain such as the embroidered tongue and classic heel and outsole logos.
