Classic American footwear brand G.H. Bass & Co. has just landed in store at Fat Buddha and is a great addition to our range.
Founded in the 1870's by George Henry Bass, a tannery owner who acquired a share in a local footwear manufacturers in Maine, G.H. Bass and Co. have been a bastion of quality craftmanship and excellent leather for many years.
They introduced the Weejun range in the 1930's, a style that was based on a footwear discovery in Norway, hence the name. The Weejun range has since gone on to be their most popular styles and could be seen on the most stylish of gents throughout the years such as John F Kennedy, Paul Newman, James Dean, Michael Jackson and many more.
We also have the Layton, a kiltie tassel loafer, again available in both burgundy and black.
Both styles feature highly polished leather uppers, leather outsoles are handsewn and are available online and instore for £95.
