Outfit of the Week - Adidas, Carhartt WIP

Sadly, after a particularly poor summer, we are starting to get into winter however it's not all doom and gloom as the upside of this is an entire raft of new clothes for the Autumn/Winter season.  This weeks looks borrows items from Carhartt WIP's A/W15 range along with complimentary footwear from Adidas.

For this look we have selected the brand new State Flag Sweat which featuring bold Carhartt branding across the font layered over a white Carhartt Base T-Shirt. We've teamed this with another Carhartt staple the slim fitting chino Sid Pant in matching black for a cohesive effect. We have broken up the monochrome colour palette with a Watch Hat in vibrant Carhartt Orange which brings life to the ensemble.

This outfit features light materials but the layering combined with the sweaters and beanie make this the ideal choice to carry us through to the colder months.

For footwear we selected the new Adidas Campus 80s from the Japan Pack as the iconic Adidas three stripe make a nice counter point to the striped Carhartt branding on the pack of the State Sweat. The crisp white midsole also ties in with the colour palette.

Shop this look in store and online at Fat Buddha Store. The State Sweat and Watch Hat will be online shortly.

Surprisingly it can be quite difficult to get a plain t-shirt right but as usual Carhartt have it covered in the form of the Base tee. Made from a soft jersey cotton, the Base tee delivers a premium wardrobe staple that won't warp or contort when washed. Subtle Carhartt branding can be found printed near the hem.
The Sid Pant from Carhartt returns for SS15 unchanged in appearance but with the additional T400 fabric blend which allows for further maneuverability and increased comfort. Apart from this subtle change the Sid Pant is still a slim fitting, low waisted chino with Bartack stitching for durability. Finishing the garment off is a square stitched Carhartt label found at the rear pocket.

Adidas's classic Campus 80s shape has dropped in this stripped-back dark navy edition for the Japan Pack Vintage.

Constructed from premium suede and coming in a dark navy colourway with contrasting crisp white stripes it features a vintage twist on Adidas's signature midsole by coming in off-white. The result is one of the most understated and freshest sneakers we have seen in a while.
