Nike SB - 10th Anniversary

Nike SB celebrates it's 10th anniversary this year, and what better way to celebrate than with the help from the guys at Made For Skate. The exhibition is named 10 Years of Nike SB – Delivered from the Future in a Cardboard Box  and celebrates the iconic shoes, the constant innovative design approach, as well as the artists and riders that shaped the brands unique history. Held at Nike Sixth and Mill skate park in downtown Los Angeles, the event saw its opening reception last saturday featuring The Blackouts (Atiba and Ako Jefferson), who provided a solid set of tunes for the evening. Shown below is a video with an interview with Jürgen Blümlein, co-Author of the Made For Skate book and curator of Berlin Skateboard Museum, who shares his thoughts on Nike’s ongoing collaborative sneaker projects. The exhibition runs until early next year.
